Athens Christian Church celebrates communion weekly, and all those who have been baptized into the name of the Father and the Son and the Spirit are welcome to join us in our celebration of our Lord’s death and resurrection.

Our song service is a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary Christian songs, selected and arranged by music minister Mark Thacker.

Athens Christian Church offers Sunday sermons that proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, focus on the text of the Bible, encourage believers to lives of faithfulness, and always keep an eye on God’s particular love, forgiveness, and calling extended to all who would believe.  Audio versions (and some day video) of each Sunday’s sermons will be available soon on the media page.

Service begins at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary.
