The Children and Youth Ministry at Athens Christian Church exists to assist all children and youth in developing a closer personal relationship with Jesus, growing in God's word, and practicing His word in their daily lives. We do this in a fun, caring, nurturing environment for the children and teens.

The following services are available each week during Sunday School, Sunday morning worship, and Wednesday evening class.

Nursery: Ages birth- walking.

Toddler Class: Ages walking - 3 years.

Preschool Class:Ages 3 through PreK.

Kid’s Band!-
Sunday afternoons from 3:00-4:30. Kids from 6th grade through High School learn to praise God through instrumental music. We play recorders, band instruments, strings, and acoustic guitars. Kids will need to know how to play a scale on their instrument. We have fun learning songs that praise God. A great way to get in some extra practice. See Mr. Mark if you have questions
